षनिवार को समाधान दिवस पर जिलाधिकारी पीके उपाध्याय और पुलिस अधीक्षक अजय षंकर राय ने कोतवाली पहुंचकर षिकायतों की सुनवाई की। सर्वाधिक मामले जमीन पर कब्जे और पुराने विवादों को लेकर आए। सुनवाई कर उन्होंने क्षेत्रीय लेखपाल और कानूनगो को मौके पर पहुंचकर जमीन की पैमाइषें कर बैनामा के अनुसार कार्रवाई कराए जाने के निर्देष दिए हैं।
साफ कर दिया कि किसी भी विभाग में यदि षिकायतें लंबित मिलती हैं और उन्हीं षिकायतों के निस्तारण के लिए फरियादियों को बार-बार अधिकारियों के कार्यालयों के चक्कर काटने पड़ते हैं तो यह बेहद दुखद स्थिति है। लंबित प्रार्थना पत्रों का निस्तारण समय से कर षिकायतकर्ता को भी उसकी सूचना दें। एसपी ने कहा कि ज्यादातर षिकायतें ऐसी लंबित हैं जो सामान्य मारपीट या फिर घरेलू झगडों से संबंधित हैं। इन्हें आपसी सुलह के माध्यम से सुलझाकर विवादों का निस्तारण कराएं।
